1. Introduction

1.1 This Privacy Notice describes how LeadNova Agentic-FZCO and affiliated entities collect, use, manage and protect information provided to LeadNova, explaining how information is used, who it may be shared with, and security measures implemented.

1.2 This Notice applies to all access and use of LeadNova Services, Website, and Platform, regardless of access location.

1.3 This Notice continues to apply even after agreements with LeadNova end.

1.4 This Notice may be updated periodically. The latest version is available on the Website. Material changes may trigger notifications as required by Applicable Law, with updates taking effect upon publication.

1.5 Product-specific privacy terms prevail over this Notice in case of conflict.

2. Definitions

2.1 Key defined terms include:

Applicable Law: All applicable legislation including statute, statutory instrument, treaty, regulation, order, directive, bylaw and decree; regulatory rules and license conditions; judgments, resolutions, decisions, orders, notices or demands of a competent court, tribunal, regulatory body or governmental authority; and industry guidelines or codes of conduct mandatory where LeadNova Services are provided.

Client: The person or business engaging LeadNova to provide LeadNova Services to their End Users.

Cookies: Small files stored on devices (computer or mobile device).

End User(s): Individual or corporate customers of Client maintaining service provider accounts who use LeadNova Services to enable account connections.

Information: Personal Information and Usage Information, including any information provided to or access granted to LeadNova.

LeadNova Services: Current or future services and products provided by LeadNova, accessible via Website or Client, including services benefiting End Users.

Personal Information: Information identifying an individual directly or indirectly, including name, email address, postal address, mobile phone number, location information, online identifier, or other identifiers for providing LeadNova Services.

Platform: Application dashboard, widgets, portals or applications where Client and/or End User access and utilize LeadNova Services.

Service Providers: Third party companies and individuals engaged by LeadNova to facilitate, provide, or assist in delivering LeadNova Services.

UAE: The United Arab Emirates.

Usage Information: Information collected automatically and generated by using LeadNova Services, accessing the Website, or from LeadNova Service infrastructure through any device.

User: Any person using the Website and/or Platform subject to LeadNova's information collection, potentially including Client, End User, or appointed representative.

Website: LeadNova's website at tryleadnova.ai, attached domains and other web and mobile-based applications.

3. What Information LeadNova Collects About You

3.1 LeadNova may collect the following information for identity verification:

• Name, date of birth, and place of birth
• Contact details such as home address, work address, email and phone number
• Employment details, Client role, Client company incorporation details, group structure, and ultimate beneficial ownership details
• Proof of identity, such as valid passport or national ID copy
• Details provided through LeadNova chat feature on Website, during integration process, or collected/generated when contacting LeadNova

3.2 LeadNova may obtain information from external sources to verify identity and manage business risk, including engaging with credit reference or fraud prevention agencies and Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) service providers to fulfill legal duties.

3.3 When using LeadNova Services as an End User, LeadNova may collect:

• Name and credentials required to access service provider account
• Information from service provider accounts held by user, including account details, balance details, and transaction history, to which user provided consent
• Contact details such as address, email and/or phone number
• Employment details
• Proof of identity such as valid passport or national ID copy
• Details provided through LeadNova's chat feature on Website

3.4 By choosing to use LeadNova Services or accessing the Website, LeadNova may collect information concerning:

• Interactions and usage of LeadNova Services
• Information about preferences and interactions with LeadNova Services to personalize experience, with consent
• Details about how user uses and interacts with Website or LeadNova Services
• Mobile network, device and operating system details to analyze Website and service functionality and fix issues
• Location data if user authorized tracking to help protect against fraud

4. How LeadNova Uses Your Information

4.1 LeadNova collects and uses information for various purposes with lawful basis, potentially processing Personal Information for agreement performance, contract entry, legal compliance, legitimate interests, or those of third parties (including product development, business risk management, financial affairs, staff/personnel protection, security and maintenance).

4.2 LeadNova may use information to:

• Develop, operate, provide, maintain, and improve LeadNova Services, now and in future
• Communicate about service use, including updates and support, where permitted by Applicable Law
• Provide and receive information, support, feedback and assistance related to LeadNova Services
• Enable personal profile creation, application dashboard access and protected content viewing
• Analyze usage trends and User preferences and conduct questionnaires and surveys to improve services
• For Clients or Client employees: contact for administrative purposes, send product and service communications, personalize content to preferences, and protect, investigate, and deter against fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity
• For End Users, with consent: create and maintain profile to remember identity, preferences, and account details across different Clients
• With consent, personalize experience by remembering preferences and interactions across LeadNova Services

4.3 Information provided through LeadNova activities or forums on the Website becomes visible to others.

5. Your Rights and Preferences as a Data Subject

Subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable legal limitations, users are entitled to the following rights as data subjects:

Right to Be Informed: Users have the right to be informed about personal data collection and use. This Privacy Notice provides such information in a clear and transparent manner.

Right of Access: Users have the right to request access to personal data held about them and obtain a copy of that data.

Right to Rectification: Users have the right to request correction or updating of personal data if inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.

Right to Erasure: Users have the right to request deletion of personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements. This is also known as the Right to Be Forgotten.

Right to Restriction of Processing: Users have the right to request restriction of personal data processing, on a temporary or permanent basis, under certain circumstances.

Right to Object: Users have the right to object, at any time, to personal data processing under certain conditions. Users have an absolute right to object to processing for direct marketing purposes.

Right to Data Portability: Users have the right to receive personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable electronic format and transmit that data to another data controller without hindrance.

Right Not to Be Subject to Automated Decision-Making: Users have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, where such decision produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects users.

Note: If an end user of an enterprise customer (where LeadNova acts as Processor), direct requests to organization administrator; LeadNova will assist per Data Processing Agreement. If LeadNova is the Controller (website account, newsletter), contact privacy@tryleadnova.ai.

6. What LeadNova Expects from You

6.1 Users are responsible for ensuring information provided to LeadNova is accurate and up to date. Users must inform LeadNova of changes as soon as possible. If requested information is not provided, LeadNova may stop providing LeadNova Services.

6.2 If users provide information about another person connected to their account, they must inform that person of provided Personal Information, ensure they are informed of this Notice's contents, and confirm they agree LeadNova can use their information as outlined.

7. Unsubscribing and Opting Out

7.1 Strictly with permission, LeadNova may use information for marketing purposes. Each promotional email includes unsubscribe instructions. Users may also unsubscribe by sending an email with name and email address to privacy@tryleadnova.ai.

8. Profiling, Usage Information and Location Data

8.1 LeadNova may analyze and evaluate information in an automated manner to identify significant characteristics or predict insights and create profiles for business-related checks, product development and management.

8.2 When providing LeadNova Services, LeadNova may make automated decisions about users, for example, using technology to identify risk levels in User account activity (credit, fraud and financial crime reasons).

8.3 Users have a right to certain information about automated decision-making. LeadNova ensures a suitable contact person is available if users wish to express a view on any automated individual decision, where required by law. Contact LeadNova using Section 17 details for more information.

8.4 In some instances, LeadNova may collect non-personal (aggregate or demographic) data through cookies, web logs, and web beacons, including device Internet Protocol address, browser type and version, visited Website pages, visit time and date, and unique device identifiers.

8.5 When accessing the Website with a device, information may also include device type, device unique ID, device IP address, device operating system, internet browser type, and other diagnostic data.

8.6 This information allows LeadNova to better understand and improve Website usability, performance, and effectiveness and correct problems. LeadNova may also collect and store location data when accessing the Website via mobile device or computer. Users can enable or disable location services through device settings at any time.

9. Sharing Your Personal Information

LeadNova will never sell or rent Personal Information to third parties for marketing purposes.

9.1 LeadNova may share and transfer Personal Information within the LeadNova group and with affiliated companies, Service Providers and third parties engaged by LeadNova where:

• Service delivery: LeadNova needs to for purposes of providing requested products or LeadNova Services
• Legal duty: LeadNova has a public or legal duty to do so
• Legitimate reason: LeadNova has a legitimate reason for doing so
• Your consent: LeadNova asked permission to share it and user agreed

9.2 LeadNova may need to share Personal Information with affiliated companies, Service Providers, and other third parties to provide LeadNova Services. These parties are authorized to use Personal Information only to the extent necessary to perform functions related to LeadNova Services and are contractually prohibited from using it for other purposes.

9.3 On occasion LeadNova may transfer and disclose information including:

• In response to subpoenas, court orders, legal process or Applicable Laws requirements
• To establish or exercise LeadNova's legal rights or defend against legal claims
• To investigate, prevent, or take action against illegal activities, suspected fraud, or situations involving potential threats to physical safety
• When there is a sale or transfer of all or part of LeadNova's business or assets
• LeadNova may share aggregated and/or anonymized data with others; individuals will not be identifiable from this information

10. Cross-Border Transfers of Your Personal Information

10.1 The Website is hosted in the United Arab Emirates but is accessible worldwide. Accordingly, any collected information may be transferred to and stored at a destination outside the collection country or jurisdiction, including locations which may not have the same Personal Information protection level.

10.2 All Personal Information is stored in an encrypted and segregated manner with access strictly limited to LeadNova employees needing access to fulfill service or instruction.

10.3 In some cases, LeadNova may need to transfer information outside the collection country or jurisdiction to perform agreements, fulfill legal obligations, protect public interest and/or for legitimate business interests.

10.4 Whenever LeadNova transfers information outside the collection country or jurisdiction, it ensures protection consistent with and permissible under applicable data protection rules.

10.5 Depending on product or LeadNova Service type used, Personal Information may be disclosed to third parties domiciled in jurisdictions deemed not to have appropriate data protection levels. If data is transferred to such a country, LeadNova takes appropriate measures (for example, relying on contractual arrangements such as Standard Contractual Clauses or other precautions or justifications, as applicable) so Personal Information continues receiving appropriate protection.

11. Security of Your Personal Information

11.1 LeadNova is committed to protecting shared Personal Information using a combination of industry-standard security technologies, procedures, and organizational measures to help protect Personal Information from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to, information transmitted, stored or otherwise processed by LeadNova.

11.2 LeadNova advises users to take every precaution to protect Personal Information when accessing the Website, Platform and using LeadNova Services, for example, by regularly changing passwords, using letter and number combinations when creating passwords, and using a secure browser.

12. Cookies

12.1 LeadNova uses technologies such as Cookies and web beacons, which allow LeadNova to make Website and Platform visits easier, more efficient and more valuable by providing customized experience and recognizing users upon return.

12.2 A Cookie cannot read Personal Information off hard disks or read Cookie files created by other websites. The only Personal Information a Cookie can contain is information users supply themselves. Accepting Platform Cookies may give LeadNova access to Usage Information about browsing behavior, which may be used to personalize experience and track User traffic patterns.

12.3 In addition, LeadNova uses web beacons in conjunction with Cookies to understand User behavior. Web beacons are a convenient way of gathering basic statistics and managing Cookies and do not give away extra computer information.

12.4 If users prefer not to receive Cookies while browsing the Platform, they can set their browser to warn before accepting Cookies or refuse the Cookie when alerted. Most Platform browsing is possible without accepting Cookies, however some functionality may be lost by disabling Cookies.

12.5 If users consent, LeadNova may use cookies or similar technologies to recognize users when returning to LeadNova Services through different platforms, enabling seamless experience provision.

13. Linked Websites and Services

13.1 The Website, Platform and/or LeadNova Services may contain links or directly connect with third-party websites, applications and/or services not managed or controlled by LeadNova. In such cases, the respective third party's privacy notice applies, and LeadNova bears no responsibility for information collected or used by any third-party website or application, and users release LeadNova from any liability for these third parties' conduct.

13.2 LeadNova encourages users to review privacy policies and notices of any accessed third-party website, including the application's privacy notice through which users access LeadNova Services.

14. Service Providers

14.1 LeadNova may engage third party Service Providers from time to time. These Service Providers may access Personal Information only to the extent necessary to perform assigned tasks. All Service Providers are legally required to maintain information confidentiality, have systems and controls protecting against loss or damage to Personal Information, and must not disclose or use Personal Information for any purpose other than as instructed.

15. Children's Privacy

15.1 The Website is not intended for use by individuals under 18 ("Child" or "Children") without parent or guardian supervision. LeadNova does not knowingly collect Personal Information from Children. If anyone becomes aware that a Child provided LeadNova with Personal Information, please contact LeadNova immediately. If LeadNova becomes aware it collected Personal Information from a Child without parental or guardian consent, LeadNova will take steps to remove that Information from its servers.

16. How Long LeadNova Will Keep Your Personal Information

16.1 LeadNova will only retain Personal Information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill collection purposes, including satisfying any legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or reporting requirements.

16.2 On occasion, LeadNova may retain Personal Information for a longer period, and even after users stop using LeadNova Services, in order to:

• Respond to enquiries and complaints
• Comply with laws and regulations
• Act in accordance with LeadNova's internal policies and procedures
• Protect LeadNova's interests

16.3 If users consented and subject to any legal or regulatory requirements that may require LeadNova to retain certain information, LeadNova will retain End User profile data for as long as consent remains valid or until users withdraw consent.
